Inflation Pressure?

Just bought a set of BFGoodrich Rugged Terrain P285/70R17 for my 2010 F150 4X4. I am thinking about filling with nitrogen and don't want to waste the money if I don't know where to start with the inflation pressure. Not like I can just bump it up at the filling station for a couple quarters if it isn't correct. Anybody have a recommendation? Thanks.

I have a set of those on my 05 Lariat Supercrew 4wd, LT275/65/18...

At 40 psi (door Sticker reccomendation) they look flat. And yes, the truck came with LT's. I have them up at 50, still look kinda flat...ride is starting to get bouncy...I can't find BFG inflation tables... Just using air in them...

Regards!

Those are a P series tire. Make sure they are at 35. Going higher will not get you a higher load carrying ability, but may help with sidewall flex. Do not go lower than 35.

kcward, those are a totally different load range than what outlawgunner purchased or what you had on your vehicle before (load range C). They should never have been at the door inflation guide. As your new ones are a LR E max 80, they should be run at 50. Do not go lower than 45. 50 will handle anything a properly loaded F150 handle.
