20x9 0 offset Will this work?

Looking for some wheels for my 2010 FX4 with a Rancho lift. Still running the stock 20" setup. The wheels I like are a 20 x 9 with a 0 offset, and the tire will be a 305/55/20. I don't want them sticking out too far but a little more than stock is OK. I believe the stock wheels are a +44 offset. Rancho recommends a -12 offset but that seems to really be out there. Thanks.

With a rancho quick lift or suspension lift? Those tires would work with just a level with that back spacing of the wheels.

Well if the stock wheels work the 5 offset will as well. Stock wheels are around 6 or more.

Agreed, the wheels will work fine with the Rancho lift.
