high or low offset

I have an 07 f150 2wd and Im looking to put a set of 24s on it but Im not sure which offset I need. The wheel size is 24x9.5 and I dont want the wheels to stick out passed the front fenders like I see so much on other trucks with bigger wheels. Which offset would be better? it does not give a specific offset just high or low. I plan to go with falken 295/35/24. Can anyone help?

Offset is +44 on stock wheels. I'm going to a +38 offset with 22s and came from 24s with a +25.

My 22's are 9.5 inches wide with 6.7 inches of backspacing. They don't stick out on my Expy.
