305/45/22 on lowered 12' 4x4

I'm wanting to lower my truck 3/5 and get some 22" KMC Slides that have 38mm of offset and 6.73" of backspacing. So can i run the 305/45s or will i need 305/40s? Thanks for any help.

I'd go with the 305/40-22's.

Id think you'd be ok from what I've seen. I think its miltv who has like 4/6 with that tire on a 2wd. I went with a 305 40 23 bout a month ago and you'll be ok but there is definitly less rubber to absorb bumps. You'll feel it.
