99 F150 Caliper hangup
Im having my passenger side caliper drag a little. Upon first inspection I saw the pad that engages the caliper cylinder was off and away from the rotor. The dynamic pad was engaged to the rotor though. It looks like a matter of the caliper not being able to slide freely. I did not have time to investigate further but should I first:
1. Change pads and hardware. The hardware that is on there now is crusty and it may be interfering with the pads movement.
2. Change the caliper. I dont know....this just seems right.
3. Lube the rails the caliper rides on. When I made my precursory look I could not tell if the caliper was in fact, riding on any rails at all. It really did not seem like it. However it must be I would think. What is the story here?

Also, the pins are lubed adequately.
I think I am going to start by changing the hoses out. This seems to be a common fix that is usually overlooked in favor of just changing the calipers.
