Unknown squeak

I tried looking around but didnt see this. I have a F 150 2002, just did the ball joints and tie rods. I replaced the front brakes and hubs back in Feb. When I lightly press the brake i have a squeaking sound but I also have the same sound when I make a wide left turn with out pressing the brake. If I press the brake a little harder all the sounds go away. I just dropped over 700 in it last week so Im hoping its not too much. Can any one help me? Thanks

Is it squeaking from the front or back of the truck? The 97-03s are known to have squeaky leaf springs in the rear, try spraying them with some wd40 to see if that stops the squeak.

No its definatly the front. To be honest the noise sounds like a scrapper on the brake shoes but its not hitting all the way around on the hub. Its just a quick squeak and then again as if it went all the way around. Its new hubs, new brakes and a mechanic put them on. Now a friend told me to check the nut holding the hub on. It was totally lose as if not even engaging the hub. I tightenend it down acording to what the manual says, but it still squeaks. It shouldnt be the bearings should it?
