I found some decently priced tires on it and they say say there is no shipping fees and no duties, since they get tires form local tire dealers.

But I wanted to see if anyone has an opinion before I buy.

Not sure where you live, but discounttiredirect.com offers free shipping and tirerack.com is competitive with great service, so I hear.
