Tire sizes for stock 16" F150 XL 4x4 wheels

Does anyone know of a chart that lists tire sizes that will fit my stock wheels.
I would like to put 265/75/16's on it, but don't know if they'll fit the wheels.

They will fit easily. Personally, I'd go with 285/75-16's.

Using this set: 285/75-16 (stock wheel), Could I have a problem if I lower the PSI when driving off-road and/or desert sand?
