New wheels/tires question

I am considering getting the following wheels/tires for my 09 FX4. I currently have the OEM 18" wheels/tires. I would really like them in 20" but it's hard to swallow the extra cost.

18x9 XD Bomb
Backspace: 5
Offset: 0 or +30

Tires would be Nitto Trail Grapplers but not quite sure on the size. 275/70R18 or 295/70R18?

If I am understanding correctly I want to go with the 0 offset which would leave more clearance to the suspension than the OEM wheels and the new wheels will stick out 2.1" further than OEM. Does that sound right?

I don't mind having to trim a small amount if necessary.

Go with 0 offset if you get the 275/70/18. The +30 will be better if you get the 295/70/18. Closer to stock specs.

Thanks. I also forgot to mention that I will be putting on bilstein shocks to level the truck.

Personally, I think a 275mm wide tire will look too narrow. I'd go with 325/60-18's (33x13.00).

Would you stick with the 0 offset? I have been searching for pics of a similar setup to see how far they are going to be sticking out.
