Grinding Noise

I was driving my 2000 F150 home the other day when I grinding noise started coming from the front passenger side wheel. It seems like it could be something with the breaks. Any ideas?

If it occurs at all times, it is probably a wheel bearing. If it occurs only when braking, it is probably rivets from the pads into the rotor. However if it is a stuck caliper, it could be happening at all times. Only way to find out is pull the wheel.
