Front passenger intermittent caliper Sticking

Hi everybody hows it going?

I'll start off by saying I have a 2006 Ford F-150 XT V6. The other day while driving over to my girlfriends house I started to notice a lot of vibration in my wheel, along with my truck starting to pull to the right. When I finally arrive I notice the burning brake smell and immediately try to investigate . I notice that my front passenger wheel is extremely hot to the touch, seeing as I had no tools at the time I couldn't work on it. Several hours late Im driving home and everything is fine no pulling to the right, no vibration in the wheel, and no burning brake smell. Everything was fine until yesterday it happened again, while researching I find that a common problem with the F150's is the caliper piston sticking however, it seems like everybody's once its locked it seems like its locked for good until replacement, nobody reports intermittent issues with caliper sticking. Is it ok to assume that I probably have a sticking caliper piston?
