HELP Spacer Adapters!

So I have seen alot of post on here about people getting 1.5'' Wheel Spacer Adapters and them working, But I just tried to get some put on and they said my Stock Bolts stuck about .5'' out too far and the wheel wouldn't fit flush with the Spacer? Now I asked about trimming them down and they said no, and everywhere I have been has said no as well! What do yall suggest?

Just do it the right way and save your money to get the right wheels man.

I have 1.5" spacers on mine and the studs didn't stick out past the spacer. If they do just thread the stock lugnut on and trim off the end of the stud until they're flush.

I had the same issue with my 05, had to stick with the 2" adapters but they work just fine. I looked into shortening the stock studs but was told by many that to do it right I would need to replace the entire stud with a shorter one which was way too cost prohibitive.

Cut the down yourself. I cut mine, had no issues. I can even run the stock wheels, have about 3/4 of thread sticking through stock wheels.

Ok well I gotta a buddy who is going to help me trim them off. I bought some new stock studs because 1. they don't make 1.5'' aftermarket studs and 2. In case i mess one or two of the stock ones up while cutting them. Will post pics tomorrow and let you know how it went! thanks again! Oh and Pizzaman I actually like the Stock wheels on my truck ( i know, i'm weird! lol) and trying to keep it as "Stock" looking as possible with out going too over the top, but thanks
