275/65/18 vs 275/70 18

Newbie question. What is the purpose of the 3" rear block if you installed a 2" leveling kit?

replacing the 2 inch block in the rear with a 3 inch block raises the rear of the truck 1 inch. some guys will do it after the leveling kit so that the entire truck is lifted a little. it will still have a bit of rake to it

this is a picture of my truck. 2 inch level on 275/70/18 so about a 33.5 imo it looks great with the level. as far as gearing i wouldnt be concerned until you get in the 35 range. if you need more pictures let me know

What kind of wheels are those and what offset are they?
