braking/safety issues.. needing help and quidance with!

I have a 1995 Ford F-150 4x4, 5.0 V-8, I need extreme upgraded braking power. I am currently running 100% stock breaks nothing changed, altered, modified other then self adjusters removed by the idiot I had install the rear brakes!

I have a gross weight of 14,000+ pounds on a stock F-150
with my configuration when I have my Slide in camper in the back and bass boat behind me. any ford man knows that on stock braking system will stop this much weight!

I am needing to know what I can do to upgrade or modify my braking system, to make it brake better! 1/3 mile stopping radius is not enough when I'm weighing in at over 14,000lbs plus. I have driven 120,000 lb "oversize/overweight" tractor trailer combos that could stop faster then 1/3 of a mile seriously!

Is their a rotor/caliper upgrade for the front with larger calipers with multiple piston cylinders instead of single piston brake calipers? what about the rears, factory drum brakes in the rear, is their not a rotor/caliper calibration to get rid of my drums and get to a modernized rotor/caliper rear braking system instead of stupid drum brakes? which only account for 15-20% of the total truck braking power.

If anyone can offer any input in this matter I would be greatful; and appreciative of you knowledge and information if you can provide anything that might help me along the way!
Thanks!

In addition if i am going to spend a few bucks to make some changes I would be just as happy to spend a few bucks more on a better upgraded system, but i cant afford the $3,000.00 complete rotor/caliper conversion kits I am finding on the internet!

Is their a stock vehicle I can get upgraded rotors/calipers off of with double or triple piston calipers?
