Exclamation Time Sensitive Bolt Pattern help PLEASE guys!!!

Hey guys im faced with a chance to upgrade my rim size and get almost new tires in a package deal for a steal.. i need some input here guys..Here is the break down:

I have:2001 f150 scab 4x4
16x10 on 315 ATs
3 inch BL & 2.5 inch LVL kit
my wheels are 5x5.5

Im being offered 20 inch rims with 305/55/20 ATs off a 2007 Dodge Durango,i know the wheels are 5x5.5 as well but im reading some conflicting info online to whether they will or will not..the 5x139.7 part makes me unsure..can anyone PLEASE PLEASE help me out..!!

in order for me to get these i have to accept an offer & remove my current tires which would leave me Tireless so i have to make sure the new rims and tires will fit otherwise im beyond screwed..AND to add one more kicker..seller and i would be meeting up half way between us which is 45 minutes so hes not local where i just just try them on real quick. And i cant make that drive out there without cash in hand..

Your bolt pattern is 5x135. They only share with the 97-03 F150's and the 04 Heritage F150's.

So no they won't work.

is there a difference if I find some wheels that say they are 5 lug universal?? or must it be specific to my bold pattern?

Generally 5 lug universal doesn't include with the 5x135, they're usually 5x5.5 and 5x4.5. But you can always email the wheel manufacturer to check.
