fx2 in sand?

fx2 in sand?

me and a couple of friends are planning on going to the beach to do alittle surf fishing and my truck is a 4.6 liter 2wd and i heard that it helps to deflate your tires alittle? can somebody give me tips about going through some sand? my other friend is bring his 4x4 just in case though

Honestly I'd just stay out of it. I go out on the dunes with mine and can only do it in 4wd. Did it before lift and was even harder then.

air down to around 8psi. try not to spin when you are at a stop.

Yup, air way down. Don't get heavy on the throttle coming off a stop, you want to roll up to speed and once your up to speed don't slow down. Also when you stop, do it so your facing down hill so you can roll forward out of it.

You will need a way to air up your tires too once your back on solid road.
