Wheel Adaptor Help Please?

I have a 2002 F150 4x4 5 lug. I don't know the mm size. I'm looking to put GM 6 lug rims on my truck. What exactly is it I need and is there anywhere I can get them cheapest?? Xtreme Machine has what I need for $75 each. I didn't understand anything the guy was saying on the phone, so that's why I'm asking on here, so I can see it in writing. Cuz I think I'm gonna need to deal with mm sizing and stuff. Thank for any help!!

I'm not a fan of wheel adaptors/spacers but you definately don't want to go with the "cheapest". What you need to find out is who makes the "best".

What wandell said^. If you cheap out on them be prepared to have a wheel rolling beside you going down the highway.

And your lug pattern is 5x135.
