I am going to order Wheels for right now and have them installed on my stock tires

I want to get 18's the tires on there now are 275/65/18 i belive

when i get the tires i want to put the wheels on them.

They are going to be 33'' nitto Trail grappler MT so which backspack and offset would i need to accomodate both??

I have a stock 4x4 no level yet

 

You didn't tell us what year truck, but I'm assuming it's an 04-12 by the sizes you listed. I'd suggest a 9 inch wide wheel with 5 inches of backspacing.
