305/60/20

I have 305/55/20 Cooper LTZs on my factory wheels now and am thinking of going to 305/60/20 Goodyears.....The Coopers are 33.2 tall and 12.44 wide and fit great with no rubbing at all.....The Goodyears are 34.4 tall and 12.2 wide so i will be adding about 1 inch of height and loseing 1/2'' width.....Will i need to level the truck or will they be ok at stock height?

That's essentially a 35x12.50 tire. You will need a leveling kit and they will probably rub the control arms slightly at full steering lock.
