I ran through a set on my F-150 and I currently have a set on my F-250. They are good on the road with no hum. Pretty good in the rain and snow too. For heavy duty off road mud use they do get plugged with mud quickly. But for mild off road they are fine. I have a third set which are barely used for sale on stock rims. Size 255/70R16 (I bought them then ended up putting bigger tires on my F-150 when I lifted it).
They'd be fine for that. The three sets I've bought I got from tirerack too.
Just be careful when purchasing from the big big stores (I will refrain from uttering their name). Typically they do not have them in stock online or in store and they charge to "find" (aka - call Tire Rack and order them) the end user (customers). Not saying that always happens - just in any case that I was directly associated personally. Buyer beware.
And remember to check the DOT date!!! You don't want a "brand new" 5 year old tire, do you? If you do, I'm not judging - just asking...
