So i just got my General Grabber AT/2 tires installed on my truck today. Well they cleaned the blue crap off the white lettering, but some of the white came off on each of the four tires. It was dark when i got my truck back, but needless to say the rubbed off white lettering makes them look pretty crappy. This ever happen to you. Kinda disappointed that it's coming off already.

 

I've heard about the red lettering coming off or fading on the new grabbers, but haven't heard about problems with the white. Did you ask what they used to clean them? I'd point it out to the shop manager.

 

The service manager is my neighbor and is who took my truck in. They just used a brush with bleach white.

 

I emailed Tire Rack, last night and they called me within minutes. Sent an email to send them pics and waiting to see what they say.

 

I've had the same problem with my grabbers as well. Not as bad as yours but after washing my truck and cleaning the tires with just a brush and wheel cleaner I noticed the white coming off
