changing from 305/35/24

I was thinking about changing to a 305/40 or 30/45/24. I checked the calculator and the 305/35 sidewall height is 4.2 inches and the 305/45 is 5.4 sidewall. Will I have issues rubbing on my 06 XLT 4x2 stock height in front and 2" lower level in rear?

Check those sizes on this site. http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCalculator.asp The overall diameter is more important than the sidewall. U may be able to squeeze the 40 series in there (33.6 inch) where the 45 series will be too big. (about 34.8 I believe it said).
