New tire help

I have a 10' SCREW stock. I'm thinking of getting a set of Ultra Gaunlets or Ultra Crushers 17x9. Which tires would I be better off with. BFG T/A KO - 265x70x17 or General Grabber AT/2 - 265x70x17. I'm mostly highway. But also need better tires, for driving through muddy fields while hunting.

Which tire will last longer?
Also on tirerack.com there are 2 different types for each tire. The speed rating/service description is different. Not sure if any of this really matters for me. But each tire is also priced differently. I don't do much hauling.

1. BFG - 112/109R $215
2. BFG - 121/118R $253
3. General - 121/118Q $167
4. General - 115S $146 This tire also has a treadwear rating of 640AB (which may last the longest)

Also the BFG's say they fit on a 7-8.5" rim, and the General fits a 7-9" rim.

Thank you in advance.

Jason

The higher priced bfg are more than likely e rated vs d rated for the lower price. Have heard nothing but good things about the bfg, but they are pricey. 50-60 k out of them. Either tire would work fine for u, just depends on what look u like better and if u are willing to spend the extra cash.
