205x55x20 tires and rims

Thinking about upgrading my stock 275x65x18 tires and rims to 305x55x20 tires and rims. Will this change how the truck rides. Will it be alot stiffer and bumpier or just a little.

Thx, Pete

Depends on a lot of varibles you didn't mention, like the exact tire. Not just the size, but the load range. ALso, are your stock tires P or LT rated?

Anytime you upgrade from stock P rated tires to an LT tire which is usually much heavier and with stiffer sidewall's they will ride a little rougher. The LT's are a lot stronger, have better resistance to cut's and flat's and most importantly look a lot better! I usually put LT tires on my truck's and couldn't be happier.
