I just bought a new 2011 fx4 with the 5.0. I'm about install a leveling kit and i was wondering what tire size yall recommend? I was thinking about 285/60/20 or maybe a 275/65/20 (duratrac's) just because there cheaper. I just want a aggresive tire that will feel the wheel well up but without sacrificing alot of power.

 

Both should fit fine.

 

Both will fit fine. I would go with the 275/65 because it will fill up the wheel well better. I have 275/60s with no level and it fills up good with no rubbing, but have seen pics of them with a leveling kit and they look a little small.

The 275x65's(34x11) would fill up the wheelwell's nicely and fit on your stock wheel's with no rubbing and not too much power loss.

I went with Cooper Zeon LTZ s in 275/60/20 size . I liked them because they were real wide for a 275 and a lot better price , also they have an aggressive look but are wearing well and are smooth and quiet . Best of all i paid just over 700 $ for set , Check out album for pics .
