Need new tires

Looking at the Firestone transforce AT and Cooper Discovery AT III. I can get the same size as I have now, 275/70-18, for ($243 Coopers) and ($220 Firestones).
Anyone have experience with either?

My next question is what size to get. Truck has stock suspension right now but thinking since I will have everything tore apart to replace ball joint a leveling kit would be pretty simple.
Should I go bigger or stay with the 275/70-18's?

I would stay with that size even if u do the level. A level with 33s looks good to me. U could fit 295/70/18, but it will negatively affect mileage and power.

I would. There have been a few lately getting levels with that size tire and I think it looks good. I have 2 inch level with 33s as well and like the look. Doesn't look over stuffed. Search that size and u should find some pics.

Ordered the Coopers in a 275/70-18 and got the HBS 2.5" level. Try and find time tomorrow to call around for prices on alignments.

Did you ever get your lift and tires installed? I'm looking at the General Grabber AT2's in that size with a leveling kit.

I've been running on Cooper AT3 tires for a couple of months and I can't say anything bad about them. Looking forward to testing them out in the snow and then some off-road next year.
