This may be a redundant thread, but does anyone know about why my truck has had a soft pedal since I've had it? The ABS light has been on from day one, but I can pump the brakes once and the second push they are fine? Anyone figured out how to fix it?

 

sounds to me like you have some air in your lines
Have you tried bleeding it?

As for the ABS light - you should get that checked out. Have a shop scan it for problem codes and fix what they find.
