Raptor wheels on an FX4 ?

First let me start by saying that I JUST purchased a 2011 F150 FX4 Super crew, wow, what a step up from my 03 silverado! Now, i plan on raising the front end 2.5" to level it out, so i think I can fit 33's or 305's in there, next step is wheels, i want black, the truck is sterling grey so i want to do a whole blackout thing. I really like the raptor wheels but i don't know if their offset is compatible to a standard f150. Anyone here know about this? If not , what offset should I look for in an aftermarket wheel, that issue is a tad confusing. Thanks in advance.

Thanks 88!

Raptor wheels will fit just fine. Im running 295/70/17 Terra Grapplers, which to me looks pretty much right. I think the 305's look a tad "stuffed". There are black Raptor wheels out there, they're just harder to find. I think they were actually spares on the Raptors from the factory.

On your FX4 do you have 18 or 20 inch wheel's. The Raptor wheel's like stated are 17's which gives you larger sidewalls. On a '11 truck a 2" leveling kit will give you room to clear 33's or 34's easily on the right wheel no matter what the diameter is. I'd look for a 8 to 9 inch wide wheel with 5 1/2 to 5 3/4 inches of backspacing and look for a 33 or 34 inch tire 12 inches wide.

Great info, I like the fact that the 17" wheels give you more sidewall, better for the rocks and stumps i tend to "find".

I had the factory 20's and wanted a little more off-road look than that setup could give me, plus the extra sidewall helps with the roads here.
