BF Goodrich 35x12.5x17 TA KR?

Just bought a brand new set of these for 500 bucks off craigslist but have never heard of a "KR" style before... ive been told that they are primarily used on trophy/baja trucks and only sold to sponsored teams etc.. anyone have any input on this? just curious because i have not seen this style of tire anywhere else, the tread pattern is very aggressive.

No not those. The tread is different on both sides, hard to explain.. one side has normal horizontal mud tire knubbies while the other is more of a diagonal all terrain looking tread. havent been able to find much info on them besides the fact that they are only sold to racing truck vendors or something like that.

Its a corr race tire. When the truck sits overnite it gets flat spots and thumps for a while untill it warms up. Also loud as crap on the pavment

the offset is 2 on the rims i have right now, they stick out a little bit but nothing too crazy. you can see how they look on my truck in my album if you want. should i go with a different rim? mine are between 8 and 9 inches wide, i forget.., but that seems a little small to me after checking some stuff out on this site.
