Clicking in right rear wheel

Hello all, I have a click in the right rear wheel. I jacked it up removed the wheel and saw nothing!! I had to put it in gear and let the tire spin and then put it in neutural as it slowed down it started the clicking, it sounded like it was coming from the brakes... I replaced them!! still clicking everything tight and looks good!!! Any ideas???? It is a limited slip rear.. 2003 5.4 4x4 auto

Also if your running static weights on the inside?? Check to see if the pad ears arn't hitting them . I just had this happen after a new set of tires, hit just enough to make a ticking sound.
