having a hard time deciding on wheels, i like both of these, lets here the opinions, either wheel will have bfg 305/65/18 tires, or if anyone has pic's of these mounted that would be great, plan on a 2" level

Truck is black with chrome bumpers, would be good to state that or provide a pic. I like the look of the black wheels better. I had chrome wheels on different trucks for about ten years and got tired of the polishing/upkeep. I leave my black wheels on year round, where if I had chrome, I would want to take them off in the winter. All depends on what u want. There are websites where u can see the wheels on your truck. Discounttiredirect.com will show what they look like on your truck, although they may not stock those exact wheels, but should have black vs. Chrome.

Personally I'd go with the black wheels. Not a big fan of chrome and they look like they'd be such a PITA to polish and keep clean. Then you got rusting and pitting.. Ugh..

 

If you get any kind of winter, they use road salt and you don't want to switch wheels chrome is not for you. Either would look good on your truck though.

Black with the polished aluminum accents will go good with your truck. I don't really like chrome

 

Black with Chrome look pretty sick, I recommend it. I think black with chrome is a very distinguished look. Can't go wrong!

Chrome would look a lot better if you have chrome front and back bumpers (which is what i have) but it's your truck.

BTW, Chrome is not a PITA to take care of, it's the polished wheels you need to steer away from, those you need to polish to keep the shine. chrome is just wash and go with a wax every time you do the rest of the truck. now i wouldn't suggest running them in the winter months if you have snow, i would switch back to the stock wheels for that.

Get what you want and don't worry about what others want, you will be a lot happier with your decision.

Check out the Ultra Drifters. I think they look much better than the barons!
