Quick Lug question

About 6 months ago I was in my high school automotive shop and was rotating my tires. I had to step out for a while and told the teacher not to let anyone in the class touch my truck. (I do my own work, I'm the only one that touches my baby)
Anyways, I come back and my tires are already put on and already torqued to specs. I do a walk around, checking everything and notice one of my lugs "discarded" per say on the ground. I take the wheel cap off and it only has 5 lugs on. I'm lost at this point. I look at the lug that was on the ground and notice the threads are all screwed up (no pun intended).
So for the past six months I've been driving around with only 5 lugs on a 6 lug wheel.

So I'm wondering if this will mess up my wheel in any way, long-term?
I've driven at speeds up to 85mph without any problems/vibrations. Let me know what you guys think

I would also check all the other lugs. If the screwed up one, they may have screwed up others.
