third times a charm
third times a charm
Alright guys, ive been on the verge of buying wheels and tires the last 12 months but everytime something unexpected happens and I can't. I think now I finally am going to be able to and I have one question about this offset stuff. I have a 2001 f150 lariat extended cab 4wd. Tbars cranked and 3 in. Block in the rear. I'm looking at 33" tires and 18" wheels. The wheels I saw on the internet last night have a +00 offset which someone said was aggressive. I want the tires to stick out a lil bit but not look like balloons. What would be the best setup as far as wheel size and tire size plus offset on the wheel. I was lookin originally at a 33x12.50x18 on a 18x9 wheel. What is the best combo to go with so I don't have balloons for tires? If it helps I'm looking at possibly the black kmc/xd hoss wheels.
That is not too "aggressive", but if you want them tucked more you need to find that size wheel with a more positive(+) offset. Do you know the backspacing on those wheels guessing somehwere around 4-4.5, that means they will stick out 2 or a little more inches than your oem wheels.
I'm not 100% sure what the back spacing is on it I emailed them to see but since its the weekend probably won't know till tomorrow. Thanks for the help I'll get back with you when I find out the backspacing on them.
