Ford Tire Promotion

Has anyone bought tires at their local dealer under the current tire promotion of buy 3 and get 1 free?
If so, have the prices been competative?
Did they beat other tire retailer prices?

My Ford dealer is always competitive. My dad's bought several sets between his car and mom's. The set on my DD is from there and I'll probably go back when I need another.

My local dealer will price match.

I would have to see the details of the buy 3 get 1 deal before I could say if it was a good one.
