I just bought 18" xd misfits now onto the tire

I am going with the BFG T/A ko's

Should I buy a 285/70/18 or a 305/65/18?

-I do not want rubbing (or a correctable minimum)
-I will purchase a 2" AS kit

I have an 08 STX 4x4

Both will fit and look fine. You are basically comparing a 34x11.50 and a 34x12.50 tire.
