18x9 xd spy rims

Can anyone shed some light on this issue. I got an 07 f150 with a 2" leveling kit. Will 18x9 -12mm offset, 5.45" backspace fit under my truck with 33" tires?

Yes. But if you have a 4x2 you will need to use a narrower 33 inch tire or do some trimming.
