Worth upgrading Pirelli ATR to Hankook Dynapro?

Just got my 2011 FX4 with 20's, thinking about ditching the stock Pirellis for some 275/60/20 Hankook Dynapros. The stock tires look a little small and I haven't heard many good things about them, especially driving in the snow. Thought I should do it now while I can get some $ for the Pirellis. Looking at about $400-450 difference to upgrade.

Any opinions on whether it's worth it, or should I save my money?

Anything has to be better than the OEM Pirellis.

I say do it now. That way you get a tire your happy with now and at a great price. Sure, technically you get more bang for your buck by wearing out the pirellis, then getting new tires, not sure how much you would save but I doubt its enough to justify your happiness. Do it

I put the dynapro atm on my truck and it is a night and day difference in traction and performance. No difference in ride. I've got the LT275/65R20. The sooner you can ditch the stock tire the better.

I had Pirelli Scorpion ATRs before I upgraded rims, and they were great tires for me. I bought mine from Discount Tire though, since I have a 2001 and these tires weren't stock or made back then.

I did consider the Dynapro's, but I couldn't find them anywhere at the time.
