I have toyo MTs on my truck and they aren't really even noticable in the cab with the windows up. But I also have true duals with SISO flowmaster 40's so that might cover up the tires when I'm going fast. I know they aren't very loud compared to some other tires I've heard though. They are also wearing very good for me. I have about 25,000 miles on them, and I know they have 15,000 left on them at the very least
Nitto Trail Grappler, is THE quietest off road tire period!!! i had them on my 08 fx4
, They look great wear well. They offer a great size for an 18" 295/60/18 fir perfect. minor trim of inside of fender... good luck

All mud tires will be pretty noisy but it also depends on your tolerance level. If you are used to loud tires, a loud stereo, loud women, and loud friends, then the mud tires won't matter. If you are used to a nice quiet ride, you will quickly dislike the mud tires. An aggressive all terrain like the Nitto Trail Grapplers or similar would probably be best. I went with the Trail Grapplers for the super crew but also looked at the ProComp Extreme All Terrains too.
To the OP, out of the tires listed I would go with the Toyo's. Would also consider the trail grappler and the bfg MTs as Wandell has already mentioned. As for sizes go you are right on the money since you will be running aftermarket wheels.
The STT's are pretty quiet for how aggressive they are. There is a little hum at highway speeds, but it's easily drowned out by the stereo. I've heard they get louder with more miles, but I only have 15,000 on mine and no noticeable change.
Great tires, good choice!
