Well two things,
Both of the tires, some of the weights had fallen so that was one of the problems, thanks Hardrock3742.
I was stuck on the fact that I had balence all of them.

I tighten the gear box from the screw that sits on top to remove some of the play, it did help but I don't like how sensitive the steering feels (just one full turn).
I think Blue20004x4 is right the shaft or the rubber peace between the gear box and the shaft.

If those are the BFG mud terrains, I had the same problem on my old f250 with the same size and at the same speed. It was due to one of the lugs of the tread was ripped by still barely attached an for some reason only at that speed it would fold over an create a death wobble effect on the truck an steering. Inspect all of your tread closely an look for any cuts in the rubber.

 

I remember leaving getting my tires balanced and by the time I got to the next light, 1/4 mile away and a few had flown off. I try not to rule anything out now after that.
