would these tires fit on my stock rims
Every truck is different, you won't know how much you'll get until you try it. I got 3.25" out of my 3" front kit but I still have a slight rake to it, my truck sits 1/2" higher in the back but looks dead level.
does the same go for rear block? or is that a more accurate lift?

No the back is dead on, it's a 1 to 1 lift. Once you install them you'll see what i mean. The rear blocks are just that-blocks-that sit between the axle housing and leaf springs. The front is a spacer that bolts on top of the coil over assy and because of the geometry of the front suspension and the lever action of the lower control arm a 1.75" thick spacer provides 3" or more of lift.
In general a 3" is 1.75" thick
a 2.5" is 1.625"
a 2" is 1.5"
and a 1.5" is only 1.375"

oooh ok. i hoping it gives me more than 3" because i want the back to sit up a lil more. so id get the 1 1/2" blocks instead. and i see you added 2 sets of kleen wheels for the break dust issue. are they worth buying? do u still get any dust on your rims?
another dumb question i have is, how do i find out my rake? do i just measure from the ground to the top of the fender well and take the difference from the front end to the rear end to get the rake? someone tried explaining to me but i didnt quite understand
