Need help with rim size and offset

I have a 2004 FX4 that is stock right now. I am going to put a 2.5" leveling kit on it and get new rims and tires. I am looking at the Fuel Hostage wheels. My question is, can I run a 20x10 wheel with -12 or -24 offset and a 305/55/R20 Nitto trail grappler? The reason I want to run a 10" wheel instead of a 9" wheel, I want more lip on the wheel. So is this possibly with just a leveling kit?

Yes, you can fit that combo if the wheel has 4.5 inches of BS or more. If it's 4.5 inches, you will probably have to do some trimming because the wheel will stick out 3.5 inches farther than your stock wheels.

I listened to Wandell and he is spot on. I am running a 20x10 with a -12 offset wrapped in 33x12.5s, which are the same as a 305/55. The only trimming I had to do was the plastic corners of the front valance. And I am only leveled. Good luck.
