Good Luck Story from GoodYear

So we always get on here and bad mouth companies when we run into the slightest bit of bad luck...well here's a good story for a change.

So I'm considering/shopping for 20" wheels. I love my GY MTR's so I sent GY an email through their website yesterday asking if they may have a 305/55 20 coming out in the MTR Kevlar any time soon. Well, today a lady from customer service actually called me to talk to me. She said she knew of no plans but they always pass along emails and request such as mine along to marketing. She was super nice and I said thanks and we parted ways. About an hour later she calls back and asked if marketing called me. I said no, why? Turns out, they will have a MTR Kevlar available in a 33 12.50 20 (basically the same thing) by late Jan early Feb.

Now I know I didn't get that size accomplished, but it was really nice to be acknowledged and receive a phone call like that in less than 24 hours.

So now I'm torn if I'll try the Nitto Trails or stick with the GY's if I get wheels??? Oh well...just felt like sharing and to let you guys that already have 20's know they're coming out with a useable size in the Kevlar.

Customer service like that makes it tough not to be loyal. That's good to hear.

As another F150 owner who is currently in the market looking for tires to wrap around my 20" factory wheels that is good to hear.
How long did your current GY MTR Kevlars last?

They're not worn out. Only have about 13k on them and they are doing exceptionally well. That's why it'll be a hard choice to not try another set. Get a set of the 20's so I can see what they look like

If they become available soon enough (I know you said Late January/early February) I may very well try a set, depending on the price.
I have the 35" MT/Rs on my Bronco (although they are not the Kevlar).

I have a hard time not getting the same tires I have now, wished they make a 295/70/17 and 305/70/17 in the Wrangler Silent Armor. If so, I'd be set! Even the fact they are a lot more money usually, I like GY. That's a pretty good story, especially a follow up on an inquiry.
