Installed Pads Now Have Tire Squall

Thats the best I can describe it. I replaced the pads all the way around and for some reason it seems like my front pads are working harder. I notice that when I brake hard going straight, it sounds like my front tires are stopping the whole truck because of the squall sound emanating from them. If I make a turn at a normal rate of speed, I can hear them squalling as well. Could air be tapped in the line that runs to the back calipers?

Might need to adjust the rear brakes.
