I had asked last week about whether 38x15.5 on 20x10 wheels would fit my 2006 FX4 with an 8 inch suspension lift and 3 inch body lift. The replies I received were all positive. The wheels I am getting are diamo 17k with a -12mm offset (5.03" backspacing). When I called up to order the wheels today the sales rep said those wheels wouldn't fit my truck because of the offset. I explained about the lift and they said they will not fit and wouldn't take my order--very strange. So, I'm giving the question back to the experts, will these wheels work with this offset on my truck? Thanks, as always, for any help.

 

They should work fine.

 

They will work without a problem. The rep was more then likely basing it off a stock truck and just did not know with the lifted trucks.
