I have a 2000 F-150 2wd and I am getting ready to put a 3.5 inch spindle lift kit on it. What offset and size tire should i use with either a 17 or 18'' rim. Thanks

 

With lift spindles, I'd recommend a 8 inch wide wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing. 33's will fit easily with that combo. If you add 2 inch lift coils or Daystar 2 inch coilspring spacers you could probably fit 35's.
