What size tire do I need?

ive got a 2-2.5" level up front and will be doing rear blocks soon on my 2009 single-cab STX!!!! WHat size trie should I go with? To be frank and honest, metric sizing, I dont get it. Inches I understand. Im thinking about a 33" tire, but what width should I go with? Im running the FX4 20'' which are 20X9 i think. Any suggestions?

Just left a nice long post and server went down....try this again.

Since its an STX with FX4 wheels I am assuming its a 2wd. If thats the case you want to stick around 33". A good tire size for that would be 305/55/20 (~33.5 x 12.5). If you want to go a little smaller you could go with a 285/55/20(~32.5x11.5).

As far as calculating tires size here is a writeup I did a while back that should help: https://www.f150online.com/forums/wh...ting+tire+size
