Cooper Tires

Hello everyone, I need some advice, I am planning to by four 285/60R18 Cooper Zeon LTZ Tires from a friend. I have a 2008 F150 and the original tires on them are 275/65R18... so I am wondering by buying these different tire sizes would damage my rims, suspensions or anthing else? Please help..

Also would anyone know how these Cooper tires perform? I have always buy the same tires that the truck comes with ie: Goodyear tires. Any advice would be appreciated.

I bought a set of these tires for my 03 supercre. I love them. I got a 20" wheel and tire package deal. I have the 305-50 R20.

I love the Cooper Zeon LTZs that I bought and researched the hell out of them before I bought them.

I recently installed a set of 275/70/18 Zeon LTZ's on my truck and so far so good. Only have 200 miles on them, so I can't tell you alot about their performance. They are quieter than I thought they would be at highway speed. They handle good and they look great. Like nielboy, I did a ton of research on them and they got great reviews.
I don't think the size difference will be an issue for you, but maybe someone with more tire knowledge will weigh in on that part.

Should not hurt the truck in anyway. I have had my coopers for a coupe hundred miles so far. i like them, nice look, good road manners, haven't really tested them yet, 1 big rain storm. Waiting for the snow to fly.
