20" factory rim...max tire size w/o rub

I got 20" on 285/55R20 Pirelli's, but im thinking of going up to 305/50R20 Toyo AT's. i got a 2wd truck, i dont need AT but i like the grip when the winter comes. would i need a leveling kit?

No leveling kit required. I run 305/50 20 on my truck with no problems. It will rub at full lock, but you'll get used to how far to turn before the rub. It's very minimal

But you have a 4WD. Don't you have a higher lift rather than mine which is just a 2WD? Are those pics of your truck with the 305's? if so are those toyo's AT? Do you like them? any road noise?

Yes, 4x4's sit 2 inches taller than 4x2's. I'd add a leveling kit.

wandell: the rubbing on the control arm is no big deal? what about rubbing on the inner wheel well? If rubbing on wheel well is there anything that can be done to fix? Or just leave it alone b/c it's no big deal?

First, what wheel are you using? If it's the OEM wheel, a 285/55-20 will not rub the control arms. If it rubs the wheelwell, a leveling kit or trimming will solve that.
