ABS module

Hey guys picked up my f150 a few months ago and I'm loving and now that I'm done with most of the cosmetic fixes going to start with the mechanical fixes.

Seeing as winter is upon us and living in NW Indiana I need ABS starting with this...

Can you take a few more pictures of it?

Perhaps one that shows more of the engine... and another that shows the side where the wires go in

What year is your truck?

Yep... thats your ABS module. Not sure why there is the second wire coming out of it.... since it also has the wiring hookup on the front.

I'd try getting new wiring harnesses first. Maybe the ABS module itself still works?

Do you have a Haynes manual? (or one of the other ones?) They are good for showing pictures and wiring diagrams.

You will need to find a wiring diagram somewhere to trace that wire down. Then either make your own or order a new setup.
(or find one in a junkyard?)

I'd also look to a junkyard for a new ABS module.

good luck!

EDIT: another thought... maybe that is the power for the ABS module and the other hookup is for all the sensors? Try tracing it back to see if it comes from a power source.
