Brake Issue ABS

Ok, for starters I have a 98 F150 ext cab, 5.4, 4x4, with 115k on it. The other day when I was headed home from work when I went to stop the brakes locked up, not sure if it was all or just one wheel, I wasn't braking hard or anything out of the norm. Now the E-brake light is on and the ABS light is on. The pedal feels normal, not any softer or harder than it normally does. Im going to go get the codes read and new pads tomorrow, as it is about that time anyways. Is there anything else I should be looking for while doing this job that may have caused this? Any input/help or advice is greatly appreciated.
